바로출국 개인정보처리방침
조남두(이하 “개발자”)는 iOS 앱 바로출국(영문명 BARO, 이하 “앱”)을 제공하면서 「개인정보 보호법」 제30조에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하고 관련 고충을 원활하게 처리할 수 있도록 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 공개합니다.
앱은 회원가입·로그인이 없고 광고, 분석·추적 도구를 쓰지 않으며, 개발자는 이용자의 개인정보를 수집·저장·이용하지 않습니다. 저장한 항공편과 설정은 이용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다.
1. 개인정보의 처리 목적
개발자는 개인정보를 처리하지 않으므로 별도의 처리 목적이 없습니다. 앱은 인천국제공항공사가 공공데이터포털(data.go.kr)에 공개한 운항 정보, 출국장 대기시간, 시간대별 예상 인원, 주차 정보를 조회해 보여 주며, 이 기능에는 이용자를 식별할 수 있는 정보가 필요하지 않습니다.
2. 처리하는 개인정보의 항목
개발자가 수집하는 개인정보: 없음. 앱은 이름, 연락처, 이메일, 위치, 연락처·사진 등 기기 내 정보, 광고 식별자(IDFA), 기기 식별자를 수집하지 않습니다.
다음 정보는 앱 기능을 위해 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장되며, 개발자나 다른 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

공공데이터 조회 시 전송되는 정보: 앱은 공개 데이터를 불러올 때 개발자가 운영하는 중계 서버(baro-api.crestynode.com, 이하 “프록시”)에 조회 조건만 보냅니다. 조회 조건은 조회 날짜, 표시 언어 코드, 터미널 구분, 그리고 저장한 항공편의 최신 운항 정보를 확인할 때의 편명처럼 공개 운항 정보를 찾기 위한 값이며, 이용자를 식별하는 정보는 포함되지 않습니다. 항공편 검색창에 입력한 검색어는 기기 안에서만 쓰이고 전송되지 않습니다. 프록시는 이 조건으로 공공데이터포털의 공개 API를 호출하고 응답을 그대로 돌려줍니다.
인터넷 연결 확인: 앱은 오프라인 안내를 위해 기기의 네트워크 연결 상태를 확인합니다. 이때 앱에 포함된 라이브러리(@react-native-community/netinfo)가 Google의 연결 확인 주소(https://clients3.google.com/generate_204)로 내용이 없는 요청(HEAD)을 보낼 수 있습니다. 이 요청에는 앱의 데이터가 담기지 않으며, 개발자는 그 결과를 저장하지 않습니다.
외부 링크: 인천공항 누리집, 주차 예약, 택스리펀드 안내 링크와 전화 연결은 이용자가 직접 누를 때만 기기의 브라우저나 전화 앱으로 열립니다. 열린 웹사이트에서는 해당 운영자의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다.
3. 개인정보의 보유·이용 기간 및 파기
개발자는 개인정보를 수집하지 않으므로 보유하거나 파기할 개인정보가 없습니다. 기기에 저장되는 정보는 이용자가 직접 지울 수 있습니다.
- 내 항공편 삭제: 내 항공편(탑승권) 화면의 “탑승권 지우기”를 누르면 저장된 항공편과 예약된 출발 알림이 즉시 삭제됩니다. 다른 항공편을 저장하면 이전 항공편은 새 항공편으로 대체됩니다.
- 앱 삭제: 앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 항공편, 설정, 예약된 알림이 모두 삭제됩니다.
- 프록시 캐시: 프록시는 공공데이터포털의 공개 API 응답만 Cloudflare 캐시에 최대 10분 동안 보관한 뒤 자동으로 버립니다. 이용자의 정보는 저장하지 않습니다.
4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공
개발자는 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 개발자가 보유한 개인정보가 없으므로 제공할 정보도 없습니다.
5. 개인정보 처리의 위탁
개발자는 개인정보 처리 업무를 위탁하지 않습니다.
프록시는 Cloudflare, Inc.의 Cloudflare Workers에서 운영됩니다. 앱과 프록시 사이의 HTTPS 연결 과정에서 기기의 IP 주소 등 통신에 필요한 정보는 Cloudflare 네트워크가 처리하며, 개발자는 이를 수집·저장·열람하지 않습니다. Cloudflare의 처리에는 Cloudflare 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다. 위 2항의 인터넷 연결 확인 요청은 Google LLC가 받습니다.
6. 정보주체와 법정대리인의 권리·의무 및 행사 방법
이용자는 언제든지 개인정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 다만 개발자는 이용자의 개인정보를 보유하지 않으므로 개발자에게 요청할 대상 정보가 없으며, 기기에 저장된 정보는 이용자가 앱 안에서 직접 확인·변경·삭제할 수 있습니다(3항 참고). 그 밖의 요청이나 문의는 아래 개인정보 보호책임자에게 이메일로 보내 주시면 지체 없이 답변하겠습니다. 법정대리인이나 위임을 받은 대리인을 통해서도 요청할 수 있습니다.
7. 개인정보의 안전성 확보조치
- 앱과 프록시, 프록시와 공공데이터포털 사이의 통신은 모두 HTTPS로 암호화됩니다.
- 공공데이터포털 인증키는 앱에 포함되지 않고 프록시의 서버 시크릿에만 보관됩니다.
- 프록시는 앱이 실제로 쓰는 공개 데이터 조회만 허용하고, 그 밖의 요청은 거절합니다.
- 기기에 저장되는 정보는 iOS가 앱마다 분리해 보호하는 앱 저장 공간에 보관됩니다.
8. 알림 권한
앱은 이용자가 설정에서 “출발 3시간 전 알림”을 켤 때만 iOS 알림 권한을 요청합니다. 알림은 저장한 항공편의 출발 시각을 기준으로 기기 안에서 예약되는 로컬 알림이며, 푸시 서버를 쓰지 않고 푸시 토큰을 발급받거나 전송하지 않습니다. 설정에서 알림을 끄거나 내 항공편을 지우면 예약된 알림이 취소되며, 알림 권한은 iPhone 설정 > 알림 > 바로출국에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다. 알림 권한을 허용하지 않아도 나머지 기능은 그대로 쓸 수 있습니다.
9. 개인정보 자동 수집 장치의 설치·운영 및 거부
앱은 쿠키, 광고 식별자, 분석·추적 SDK 등 개인정보를 자동으로 수집하는 장치를 설치·운영하지 않습니다.

12. 개인정보처리방침의 변경
이 개인정보처리방침은 2026년 10월 6일부터 적용됩니다. 법령이나 앱의 기능이 바뀌어 내용을 변경하는 경우 시행 7일 전부터 이 페이지에 변경 내용과 시행일을 공지합니다. 이용자에게 불리한 중요한 변경은 시행 30일 전부터 공지합니다.
BARO Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Namdoo Cho (“the developer”) handles information in the iOS app BARO (바로출국, “the app”). It is published under Article 30 of the Korean Personal Information Protection Act. If the Korean and English versions differ, the Korean version prevails.
The app has no sign-up or login and contains no ads, analytics or tracking tools. The developer does not collect, store or use your personal information. Your saved flight and settings are stored only on your device.
1. Purpose of processing
The developer does not process personal information, so there is no processing purpose. The app shows flight information, security checkpoint wait times, hourly passenger forecasts and parking information that Incheon International Airport Corporation publishes on the Korean Public Data Portal (data.go.kr). None of this requires information that identifies you.
2. Information processed
Personal information collected by the developer: none. The app does not collect your name, phone number, email, location, on-device content such as contacts or photos, advertising identifier (IDFA) or device identifiers.
The following is stored only on your device so the app can work, and is never sent to the developer or any other server.

What is sent to fetch public data: to load public data, the app sends only query conditions to a relay server run by the developer (baro-api.crestynode.com, “the proxy”): the date, the display language code, the terminal and, when checking your saved flight for updates, its flight number. These are values for looking up public flight information and contain nothing that identifies you. What you type in the flight search box is used only on the device and is not sent. The proxy calls the Public Data Portal’s open APIs with these conditions and returns the response unchanged.
Internet connectivity check: to show an offline notice, the app checks whether the device is online. A library included in the app (@react-native-community/netinfo) may send an empty request (HEAD) to Google’s connectivity check address (https://clients3.google.com/generate_204). The request carries no app data and the developer does not record the result.
External links: links to the Incheon Airport website, parking reservation and the tax refund guide, and phone calls, open in your browser or the Phone app only when you tap them. Those websites’ own privacy policies apply there.
The app does not collect personal information from children under 14 either.
3. Retention and deletion
The developer collects no personal information, so there is nothing to retain or delete. You can delete what is stored on your device yourself.
- Remove your flight: tap “Remove pass” on your flight (boarding pass) screen. The saved flight and its scheduled reminder are deleted immediately. Saving another flight replaces the previous one.
- Delete the app: deleting the app removes the saved flight, settings and scheduled reminder from the device.
- Proxy cache: the proxy keeps only public API responses in the Cloudflare cache for at most 10 minutes, then discards them. It stores no information about you.
4. Provision to third parties
The developer does not provide personal information to third parties, and holds none to provide.
5. Outsourcing of processing
The developer does not outsource the processing of personal information.
The proxy runs on Cloudflare Workers by Cloudflare, Inc. During the HTTPS connection between the app and the proxy, the Cloudflare network handles what the connection needs, such as your device’s IP address; the developer does not collect, store or view it. Cloudflare’s handling is covered by the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. The connectivity check in section 2 is received by Google LLC.
6. Your rights
You may at any time ask to access, correct, delete or stop the processing of your personal information. As the developer holds none, there is nothing to request from the developer; what is stored on your device can be viewed, changed and deleted in the app (see section 3). For any other request or question, email the privacy officer below and you will get an answer without delay. A legal representative or someone you authorise may also make requests for you.
7. Security measures
- All traffic between the app and the proxy, and between the proxy and the Public Data Portal, is encrypted with HTTPS.
- The Public Data Portal key is not in the app; it is kept only as a server secret of the proxy.
- The proxy allows only the public data queries the app actually uses and rejects anything else.
- Information stored on the device stays in the app’s own storage, which iOS keeps separate from other apps.
8. Notification permission
The app asks for iOS notification permission only when you turn on “3 hours before departure” in Settings. The reminder is a local notification scheduled on your device from your saved flight’s departure time; there is no push server, and no push token is requested or sent. Turning the reminder off or removing your flight cancels it, and you can change the permission any time in iPhone Settings > Notifications > BARO. Everything else works without the permission.
9. Automatic collection tools
The app does not install or run cookies, advertising identifiers, analytics or tracking SDKs, or any other tool that collects personal information automatically.

11. Remedies
For reports or advice on privacy infringement, you can contact the Korean Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee (1833-6972, kopico.go.kr), the KISA Privacy Infringement Report Center (118, privacy.kisa.or.kr), the Supreme Prosecutors’ Office (1301) or the Korean National Police Agency cyber bureau (182).
12. Changes to this policy
This policy is effective from October 6, 2026. If it changes because of new laws or app features, the changes and their effective date will be posted on this page at least 7 days in advance, or 30 days in advance for significant changes that are unfavourable to you.
