정보는 어디서 오고, 얼마나 최신인가요?

대기시간, 운항 정보, 주차 정보는 공공데이터포털(data.go.kr)의 인천국제공항공사 공개 API에서 가져와요. 화면의 값 옆에는 공항에서 그 값을 수집한 기준 시각을 함께 적어요.

앱을 보고 있는 동안 출국장 대기와 주차는 2분마다, 내 항공편은 5분마다, 시간대별 예상 인원은 10분마다 다시 불러와요. 공항이 값을 새로 올리기 전에는 기준 시각이 바뀌지 않을 수 있어요. 탑승 관련 최종 안내는 항공사와 공항 안내를 따라 주세요.

출국장이 ‘운영 전’으로 보여요.

출국장이 운영시간 밖이어서 대기시간을 보여 주지 않는 상태예요. 출국장마다 운영시간이 달라요. 운영 시작 시각을 알 수 있으면 함께 보여 드려요.

제2여객터미널(T2)은 공항이 실시간 대기시간을 제공하지 않아서, 시간대별 예상 인원만 보여 드려요.

주차 요금 미리 보기와 실제 요금이 달라요.

요금 미리 보기는 주차장 종류, 머무는 기간, 감면 조건으로 미리 셈해 본 예상 금액이에요. 실제 정산 금액이 아니며, 입·출차 시각과 감면 확인 결과에 따라 달라질 수 있어요. 정확한 요금은 인천공항 주차 안내를 확인해 주세요.

저장한 항공편은 어떻게 지우나요?

내 항공편(탑승권) 화면에서 탑승권 지우기를 누르세요. 항공편과 예약된 출발 알림이 함께 지워져요. 다른 편을 저장하면 이전 항공편은 새 항공편으로 바뀌어요. 앱을 삭제해도 기기에 저장된 정보가 모두 지워져요.

언어는 어떻게 바꾸나요?

화면 위쪽 헤더의 언어 버튼을 누르거나 설정 > 언어에서 바꿀 수 있어요. 처음에는 휴대폰 언어를 따르고, 지원하지 않는 언어면 영어로 보여 줘요.

출발 알림은 어떻게 켜고 끄나요?

설정 > 출발 3시간 전 알림에서 켜고 끌 수 있어요. 알림은 서버 없이 기기 안에서 예약돼요. 알림이 오지 않으면 iPhone 설정 > 알림 > 바로출국에서 알림이 허용되어 있는지 확인해 주세요.

회원가입이 필요한가요? 내 정보를 수집하나요?

회원가입이나 로그인이 없고, 광고나 분석·추적 도구도 넣지 않았어요. 저장한 항공편과 설정은 기기에만 저장돼요. 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침을 확인해 주세요.

Where does the information come from, and how current is it?

Wait times, flight and parking information come from Incheon International Airport Corporation’s open APIs on the Korean Public Data Portal (data.go.kr). Every value is shown with its reference time — when the airport collected it.

While the app is open, checkpoint waits and parking reload every 2 minutes, your flight every 5 minutes and the hourly passenger forecast every 10 minutes. The reference time only moves when the airport publishes new values. For boarding, always follow your airline and the airport’s announcements.

A checkpoint shows “Not open”.

That checkpoint is outside its operating hours, so there is no wait time to show. Each checkpoint opens and closes at its own hours; when the opening time is known, the app shows it.

Terminal 2 (T2) has no live wait times from the airport, so the app shows only the hourly expected passengers there.

The parking fee preview differs from what I paid.

The fee preview is an estimate from the lot type, length of stay and discount you chose. It is not the amount charged at the exit, which depends on your actual entry and exit times and on the discount check. See the airport’s parking page for exact fees.

How do I remove my saved flight?

Open your flight (boarding pass) screen and tap Remove pass. The flight and its scheduled departure reminder are removed together. Saving another flight replaces the previous one. Deleting the app also deletes everything it stored on the device.

How do I change the language?

Tap the language button in the header, or go to Settings > Language. Until you choose, the app follows your phone’s language and falls back to English if it is not supported.

How do I turn the departure reminder on or off?

Use Settings > 3 hours before departure. The reminder is scheduled on your device, without a server. If it does not arrive, check that notifications are allowed in iPhone Settings > Notifications > BARO.

Do I need an account? Do you collect my data?

There is no sign-up or login, and the app contains no ads, analytics or tracking tools. Your saved flight and settings stay on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details.
